We are pleased to offer various discounts and/or savings to our guests during the year and during certain periods.

1. Any 7 consecutive day period qualifies for a reduced weekly rate of 10% off the regular nightly and Fri/Sat rates.
2. Discounts of 10% are offered to Auto Club and AARP members during all months of the year except July and August. Auto Club members are asked to show their membership card.
3. During the off-season, special 2 night Friday & Saturday package rates and 5 night mid-week (Sun-Thurs) packages are offered for all 3 size condominium units in the hotel.
4. From June through September, when our adjacent "poolside" units (#300 & #400) are rented together (to accommodate up to 8 people) the daily, Friday/Saturday and 2-night weekend rates receive an additional discount. From September 7-31, an additional bargain discount is offered when they are rented together.
5. When you reserve for the following year and the reservation is made during your current stay, we "lock-in" and honor this year's rate for you.
