When calling for reservations, please state the number of adults and children in your party. One bedroom units are limited to 4 people. Two bedroom units are limited to 5 people from June 1 through Labor Day, and in the off season, to 6. Children, including infants of any age, are counted as occupants. Occupancy limits are set by the condominium association, and exceptions to these limits cannot be made. Rates are based on double occupancy, with no charge for family members under 18. Please note that there is an added charge of $10 per night, per person, for additional adults, or $20 per night for an additional couple in any one unit.

Deposits for summer reservations vary from $500 for each week to $200 for 1-2 nights.  Deposits for winter reservations vary from $100 for one night to $200 for 3 nights or more or for each week reserved. For a 1 night reservation at a rate less than than $100, the reservation must be paid in full at the time it is made. Any consecutive day period qualifies for a reduced weekly rate. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, and DISCOVER cards.

Deposits are refundable with a full 14 day notice from May 15 to Labor Day, and with a full 7 days notice from Labor Day to May 15. Otherwise, a deposit refund is dependent upon a full re-rental of the reserved period. Refunds cannot be given for early departures unless the balance of the reservation is rented in full. All cancellations are subject to a $15 service fee.

The North Shore Inn reservation desk is open year around from 8 AM to 10 PM from May 15 to October 14, and from 8 AM to 8 PM Mon-Thurs, 8 AM to 9 PM Fri-Sat, and Sundays 8 AM to 5PM from October 15 to May 14.
