North Shore Inn condominiums are available in three different designs. All have separate, private, bedrooms, completely equipped kitchens, dining areas, and living rooms. Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath units on the third floor offer the most flexibility and privacy with a bedroom and bath up, and bedroom and bath down, and two decks overlooking the beach. Our 2 bedroom, 1 bath condos are all located on the ground floor. Each has a private walk-out patio to the beach. Our 1 bedroom, 1 bath beachfront units are located on the second floor and have private balconies off the living room with panoramic views of the bay.

Although most units face the bay, we have 2 one bedroom, 1 bath units, #300 and #400, which face the pool, and have only limited views of the bay. While similar in size to our 1 bedroom beachfront units, except that #400 has only a galley kitchen, these poolside units are priced considerably lower. And, with their unique adjacent location, they can be rented together at specially discounted daily and weekly rates to accommodate parties of up to 8 people. This package arrangement is offered June through September, and rates are based on occupancy of 4 adults and up to 4 children under 18.

All condos have central air conditioning, are equipped with sprinkler systems for your safety, and are accessible by elevator. The hotel also offers cable TV, VCR/DVD, and free high speed wireless internet service. There is also a convenient coin-operated guest laundry available.

Please note that in the off-season, we offer several special packages, a mid-week (Sun-Thurs) package, specially priced weekend Friday/Saturday 2 night packages, and 3-night package discounts over the New Year's Eve and Memorial Day weekend periods. Two night minimum stays are required during the summer and on selected weekends during the off season, including New Year's Eve and Memorial Day weekend periods.

Auto Club, AARP and senior discounts are in effect September through June.

Rates are based on double occupancy with no extra charge for family members under 18. Please note that there is an additional charge of $10 per night, per person, for additional adults over 2, or $20 per night for an additional couple in any one unit. Occupancy limits in 1 bedroom units are 4 people maximum of any age. Occupancy limits in 2 bedroom units are 5 of any age, from June 1 through Labor Day, and from Labor Day through May, they are 6, of any age.

Outdoors, guests enjoy a spacious heated pool and sundeck at the water's edge. The North Shore Inn enjoys a great central location, convenient to dining, shopping, golfing and nearby casino gambling. Our condominiums are roomy and comfortable, and provide everything you need to make your stay enjoyable.
